Exterior Inspection

Our exterior inspection thoroughly examines doors, windows, birdcage, and landscaping to identify and address any potential issues.

We remove newspapers, phone books, flyers, and clear debris from your walkway, maintaining a natural, occupied appearance that supports your overall security strategy.

Interior Inspection

Our Interior Inspection includes a comprehensive assessment to safeguard your home. We conduct leak checks for sinks, toilets, and showers, brush and flush toilets, and run water through all faucets to maintain system functionality. We also perform a thorough visual inspection of walls, ceilings, windows, tubs, and showers for signs of damage, check for insect or rodent activity, monitor for any signs of mold, and note any unusual odors that could indicate underlying issues.

Mail and Package Check

We check your mailbox at the mail center and can forward any important items to you upon request (postage fees apply). Additionally, we pickup packages from your walkway and place them inside your home.

Essential Home Infrastructure Check

Our Essential Home Infrastructure Inspection thoroughly evaluates key components, including circuit panel configuration and tripped breakers, HVAC thermostat settings and condensation drain line maintenance, HVAC filter condition, and the operational performance of your refrigerator and freezer.

Pool+Lawn Service Validation

Our Pool and Lawn Service Validation verifies that your maintenance providers are delivering the services you expect. We confirm that the pool is properly cleaned and that the lawn is consistently maintained, ensuring your property remains in pristine condition.
